How frustrating is it when you want to print a document and you get a 'communication error' on your monitor? This video may not fix the problem, but you will feel less like taking a sledge hammer to your printer after viewing it. I was close to lobotomizing my printer when my son showed it to me. After watching it about 23 times, feeling instant gratification that obviously I wasn't alone, I figured out the problem (ink jets in need of cleaning) and once again we were in business. Laughter, the best coping strategy ever.
